These sessions are a safe space to come as you are, to feel seen, heard and understood exactly where your at without judgement or criticism. Together we can lay the groundwork for the healing journey to come, allowing you to leave this initial consult with a treatment plan that guides and provides lasting support and promotes independence and health literacy.
Cancellation Policy
Financial & Administrative Policies I understand that I am responsible for session fees and any costs associated with prescribed supplements or recommended testing. I understand that rebates or insurance reimbursements (if applicable) are not guaranteed. I agree to the clinic's cancellation and rescheduling policies - please see below. The Naturopathic Perspective Cancellation Policy Cancellation within 48-hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the consultation fee that must be paid before rescheduling to another time. This cancellation fee may be waived under extraneous circumstances at Holly's discretion where appropriate. Communication & Records I consent to being contacted via phone, email, or text for appointment reminders, scheduling, and clinical communication. I may opt out of communication at any time. Telehealth I understand the risks and limitations associated with telehealth services and consent to care delivered via this format if used.
