Cancellation Policy

Financial & Administrative Policies I understand that I am responsible for session fees and any costs associated with prescribed supplements or recommended testing. I understand that rebates or insurance reimbursements (if applicable) are not guaranteed. I agree to the clinic's cancellation and rescheduling policies - please see below. The Naturopathic Perspective Cancellation Policy Cancellation within 48-hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the consultation fee that must be paid before rescheduling to another time. This cancellation fee may be waived under extraneous circumstances at Holly's discretion where appropriate. Communication & Records I consent to being contacted via phone, email, or text for appointment reminders, scheduling, and clinical communication. I may opt out of communication at any time. Telehealth I understand the risks and limitations associated with telehealth services and consent to care delivered via this format if used.
